Cairns Cleaning Contractors provides builders cleaning to several regular local and statewide builders. We are always happy to work with new builders as well. In the past three years, we have provided services to 252 different sites with many of these from repeat customers. Once we have been found, builders like to re-use our professional services.

We are a favoured contractor for Brisbane and Gold Coast-based shop fitters. These builders require a reliable service who won’t let them down. Often we are required to complete the cleaning after the shopfitter has left town. Our reputation enables the shopfitter/builder to know that the job will be completed for handover without any hassles.

We are able to provide quotations from the plan or from a site visit. We are able to provide prices for principal contractors to submit to tenders for major projects.
