Managing Director & Business Owner
Troy is responsible for overall business management and plays a key role in the accounting and sales processes. Troy came from the tourism industry where he had gained several years of management experience as Divisional Manager of a recreational dive operation in Cairns.
Steve Myher
Business Development Manager
Steve joined our team in Sept 2021 and has a strong background in Business Development and maintaining effective client relationships within the service industry. Steve has performed operations management, sales, and estimating for over 30 years throughout North Queensland and has business qualifications in front line management.
Euan Shepherd
Operations Manager
Euan brings 20 years of operations and management experience. He has brought passion, enthusiasm and organisational skills, whilst also driving through implementation of our new staff management system. In his role, Euan is responsible for all staff rostering, on site training, mentoring and staff reviews. He is dedicated to developing a positive, inclusive and motivated workforce that is both healthy and productive.
David Huggins
Customer Service Manager
Dave is responsible for managing our periodic cleaning division. Dave joined our team in April 2019. His introduction to the cleaning industry commenced in 1995 as Facilities Manager at one of our local shopping centres and to date he has been responsible for managing cleaning operations on many large sites. He has a strong background in sales and cleaning operations with over 30 years’ experience.
Sherrin McKenzie
Office Admin Manager
Sherrin McKenzie takes on the challenging task of the Office Administration Manager for Cairns & Townsville Cleaning Contractors. Sherrin joined us in 2017 from a strong business background. Sherrin holds Diplomas in Business, Finance & Accounting & Management. Responsible for various tasks including finance & accounting, administration, payroll and QA support to the business. With over 30 years’ experience in this field I believe Sherrin brings a lot of value and efficiency to the business.
Janelle Murray
Operations
Jannelle started with the company in early 2020 and has worked her way into the operations team, building relationships with staff and clients to create a happy and safe work environment. Jannelle is responsible for training and booking of staff for the extra cleaning needs of our clients, carpet, windows, and spring cleaning. Jannelle’s determination, efficiency with a strong work ethic along with her team has proven to supply our clients with an outstanding result every time.
Rebecca Powell
Operations
Rebecca joined our team in 2021. She brings 30 years of experience and has a sound knowledge of cleaning operations and is skilled in all cleaning procedures. Rebecca has a strong background in Quality Assurance and Client Service delivery in Major Retail Stores, Banks, Government Departments and Airports. Rebecca holds qualifications in Asset Maintenance and Frontline Management.
Bill Chapman
Training Supervisor
Provides hands on training, supervision and monitoring of cleaning staff. Bill is responsible for maintaining and improving the standard of service provision by our frontline staff. After working as a cleaner for CCC for some time, Bill's eye for detail and strong work ethics were rewarded with a full time position where he can transfer these and other attributes to our wider workforce. This highly professional team combine many years of experience covering all aspects of commercial cleaning throughout these tropical regions.
Greg Postle
Periodics Team Leader - NQ
Greg joined the team over 10 years ago from a variety of industries where he gained a great deal of experience in personnel management. Greg runs the periodic maintenance teams involved with such scheduled tasks as carpet cleaning, pressure cleaning, vinyl stripping and re-sealing/wet scrubbing and buffing, window cleaning, external cleaning, internal wall/fan/ceiling cleaning among others.
